I am seeking a mature, responsible and employed individual to share a two bedroom apartment in Bridgeport, CT. (Will consider a college student).

The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, armoire, night table and tv stand.

I am asking $120.00/week. Two week's security deposit and one week's rent is required upon moving into the room. The rent includes electricity and gas ONLY. (Extra if cable is required).

The apartment is on a quiet street, with on street parking ONLY.!

The location is close to EVERYTHING!

Must be willing to provide references, identification and be open to signing a month-to-month contract and other agreement.

 P.S. The person I'm seeking should be meticulous, tidy and willing to contribute in keeping the common areas, (kitchen and bathroom) clean.
