I own a new commercial green interiors consulting company based in Fairfield County, CT and am looking for an inspired, ambitious, eco-loving, and hardworking architect as a potential business partner for this venture.

I have been in the building industry for a couple years, am a LEED-AP, I have financial backing, and the expertise of a master carpenter behind me. Business cards are printed, website is underway. At first, the company will be consulting for existing commercial building owners who are looking to retrofit green, but will hopefully expand to include architectural & interior design services along with the consulting to create a complete team ready for construction phase.

I am looking for a RA who is interested in potentially being a partner in the company, which means that in addition to making a salary, when the company turns profit, so do you. You must understand and be willing to accept the following:

- position will not be paid at first. We're gonna make it big but its going to take some hard work in the beginning.
- this position is part time...aka weekend and/or after work meetings to plan, brainstorm, and make moves.
- you MUST be hardworking, NOT a daydreamer.
- any terms and conditions of company ownership will be discussed at a later date, and not in any initial correspondence emails.

Qualifications:
-Registered Architect
-Have basic computer/email/social skills
-Must live in the NY Metro/ CT area
-Must have verifiable references
-Previous work on commercial property design preferred (but not required)
-LEED-AP (preferred but not required)
